These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern purchases made through the Maison SANDELIA website, available at [WEBSITE URL].

By placing an order on the website, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.
1. Products
Maison SANDELIA offers mouse pads and related accessories for sale on its website.
The essential characteristics of each product are described on the relevant product page.
Photographs and illustrations displayed on the website are provided for illustrative purposes. We make every effort to accurately represent our products; however, slight differences in color or appearance may occur depending on the customer's screen settings.
2. Prices
All product prices are displayed in euros (€).
The applicable price is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is placed.
Shipping costs are displayed separately before the order is finally confirmed.
Maison SANDELIA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, orders confirmed before a price change will remain subject to the price displayed at the time the order was placed.
3. Orders
The customer selects the products they wish to purchase and adds them to their shopping cart.
Before completing the order, the customer can review and modify the information entered and the contents of their cart.
The order becomes final once payment has been successfully confirmed.
A confirmation email will be sent to the customer after the order has been validated.
Maison SANDELIA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraudulent activity.
4. Payment
Payment is made at the time the order is placed.
The payment methods available are displayed during the checkout process.
Transactions are secured through the payment providers used on the website.
When payment is processed by a secure payment provider, Maison SANDELIA does not directly store the customer's banking information.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

The delivery times provided are estimates. They may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including delays caused by the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws governing distance contracts, consumers generally have a 14-day period from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.

After exercising their right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 14 days after notifying us of their decision to withdraw.

The product must be returned in a condition suitable for resale, subject to handling necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the product.
The customer may be held liable for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in circumstances provided for by applicable law.
In particular, where products are made according to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized, the right of withdrawal may be excluded where permitted by law.
8. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, Maison SANDELIA will refund the amounts due in accordance with applicable law.
The refund will generally be issued within 14 days of receiving the customer's withdrawal notification.
However, Maison SANDELIA may delay the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides proof that the product has been shipped back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless the customer expressly agrees to another method.
9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Maison SANDELIA is responsible for the statutory warranties applicable to products sold to consumers.
